Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

RPCVS are invited to gather with each other to share their stories and memories at the 2011 Smithsonian Folklife Festival on the National Mall in Washington D.C.  Each country will have a specific time to gather (find your country of service meeting time) but RPCVs are encouraged to participate at any time during the Festival.

Dominican Republic, Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, El Salvador & Nicaragua will have separate meeting times on Monday July 4, 2011.

The RPCV reunion area of the festival, known as the RPCVillage, will feature conversation facilitators, an opportunity to record an oral history, a discussion stage, message boards, and a “wish tree” to send messages of good will to present and future volunteers and messages of remembrance to friends we’ve lost.  All Festival events are free and open to the public.
