The Philadelphia Area Peace Corps Association (PAPCA) will be marching in this year's Welcome America! Fourth of July Parade in downtown Philadelphia. We'll carry the flags of Peace Corps countries and "bring the world back home" as we march by Independence Mall in historic Philadelphia.
